In Iquitos in the Amazon Basin Rainforest and Cusco in the Peruvian Andes.Part sketching workshop, en plein air sketching and a great vacation, but all an adventure!
WEST CORK - IRELAND
I regularly hold Sketchcrawls from my Studio in Skibbereen. My own Art Studio and the town of Skibbereen in Ireland is the centre of activities.

CUSCO - PERU
The capital of the Incas high in the Peruvian Andes is the base I work from for this Sketching Adventure. It's wonderful to explore Cusco, the historic city, and exotic locations such as Pisac, in the Sacred Valley, Macchu Piccu, the Urambamba Valley and more.

THE AMAZON - PERU
I plan to go on another Sketching Adventure here in 2010.
I intend to combine this with a Sketching Adventure to Cusco, the capital of the Incas.

I've been a member of Working Artist Studios artists collective here in Skibbereen, West Cork, Ireland, for just over four years now. There's four of us in the Group. We share the cost of renting a building. We each have a Studio and there are three Gallery spaces. We also run events, individually and collectively I find it wonderful, stimulating, supportive and very challenging in equal measures.
